For military members, veterans, and their families, there’s an array of military discounts available that you won’t want to miss. This 4th of July, businesses across the country are showing their appreciation with significant savings on a variety of products and services. Retail and Household
Walgreens: Walgreens offers a military discount to veterans, military members, and their families from July 4–7, 2024. Eligible participants must show proof of service and have a myWalgreens membership. This in-store-only discount excludes specific items like prescriptions, alcohol, and lottery tickets.
IKEA Baltimore: IKEA Baltimore offers a 15% discount to veterans, active U.S. military members, and their spouses on in-store purchases up to $3,0001. This discount is valid from May 4 through July 7, 2024, with proof of eligibility required.
Rack Room Shoes: Rack Room Shoes offers a 20% military discount in-store purchases to active duty, retired personnel, and their families on July 4, 2024.
Target: Target is offering a 10% discount on two storewide purchases for military personnel, veterans, and their families from June 25 to July 4, 20231. Eligible guests must verify their status using the Target app or website to redeem the offer.
G Pen & Stündenglass: G Pen and Stündenglass offer a permanent 40% discount to military personnel, first responders, medical professionals, teachers, senior citizens, and disadvantaged persons.
Murdoch’s: Murdoch’s provides a 10% military discount on one regular-price item in-store for active and veteran Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy, Space Force, and National Guard personnel with valid military ID. This discount is available exclusively on Independence Day from July 1-3, 2024.
Men’s Wearhouse: Men’s Wearhouse offers a 25% discount to active military, veterans, and their families from June 29 through July 6. The discount is valid in-store with a verified military ID at Men’s Wearhouse, Jos. A. Bank, and Moores.
Entertainment and Leisure
Cincinnati Zoo: The Cincinnati Zoo offers free admission for military members/veterans with valid credentials on July 4, 2024. Guests of military members can purchase discounted tickets, limited to six tickets per member.
MGM Resorts: MGM Resorts offers a 10% discount on standard room rates for U.S. military personnel, including active duty, National Guard, Reserve, retired, and prior service members. This discount is available from June 24th to July 8th with valid military identification required for eligibility.
SeaWorld San Diego: SeaWorld San Diego offers U.S. Military Veterans, retired Veterans, and retirees one complimentary admission plus three guest tickets, valid through July 7, 20241. Eligible veterans can also buy up to six additional tickets at 50% off and four All-Day Dining Deals for $150.
Adventureland Resort: Adventureland Resort offers free admission to military members and first responders from July 4-7, 20241. Eligible individuals can purchase up to four additional tickets for $34.99 each at the ticket office.
Ark Encounter: The Ark Encounter offers free admission on July 4 to former and active duty military members. This discount is available to all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces with a valid military ID.
